1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing or using Lawlova, you agree to these Terms of Use and any additional policies that apply to a feature you use, including the Lawlova Review Guidelines when you submit or interact with reviews. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable services.

2. Lawyer Directory and Information

Lawlova provides a platform for discovering and learning about lawyers and law firms. Directory information may come from attorneys, law firms, public records, regulatory sources, or other sources. Lawlova may verify certain information, but we do not guarantee that every profile, listing, statement, availability indicator, or other item is complete, current, or error-free.

3. No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship

Information on Lawlova is provided for general informational and directory purposes and is not legal advice. Using Lawlova, viewing a profile, submitting a form, sending a message, or receiving information through the platform does not create an attorney-client relationship with KELLERAE COMPANY, LLC or Lawlova. A relationship with a lawyer is established only as determined between you and that lawyer.

4. Lawyer Selection

You are responsible for evaluating whether a lawyer is appropriate for your needs. Ratings, reviews, badges, search placement, profile information, or other Lawlova features are not guarantees of quality, outcome, competence, or suitability. Verify important professional and licensing information with the appropriate licensing authority when necessary.

5. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You may not impersonate another person, create deceptive accounts, circumvent restrictions, or use another person’s account without authorization.

6. Attorney Profiles and Ownership

Lawlova may maintain unclaimed attorney profiles. Claiming a profile requires Lawlova’s ownership-verification process. Publicly available information such as an attorney’s name or bar number is not by itself sufficient to establish ownership. Individual attorney profiles remain associated with the attorney; authorized staff access does not automatically transfer primary ownership.

7. Reviews and Attorney Responses

Use of Lawlova’s review features is subject to the Review Guidelines. Reviews may be moderated before publication. Publication does not mean Lawlova independently verified every factual statement. Attorneys may dispute reviews or submit responses through available tools, but disagreement or criticism alone does not require removal.

8. Messages and Contact Features

Lawlova may allow users to contact attorneys through the platform. Lawlova is not a party to communications or any resulting attorney-client engagement. Do not rely on Lawlova messaging for emergencies, court deadlines, statutes of limitation, or other time-sensitive legal matters.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use Lawlova to engage in unlawful activity; threaten or harass others; impersonate people or organizations; manipulate ratings or reviews; scrape or access the platform in an abusive or unauthorized manner; interfere with security or operation; distribute malware or spam; or attempt to circumvent account, moderation, verification, or enforcement controls.

10. Featured Placement and Advertising

Lawlova may offer paid Featured placement or other promotional services. Paid placement does not alter the underlying professional licensing information associated with a profile and does not constitute Lawlova’s endorsement of an attorney or guarantee a particular result.

11. Intellectual Property

Lawlova’s branding, software, design, original content, and platform features are owned by or licensed to KELLERAE COMPANY, LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights you may have in content you submit, while granting Lawlova the permissions reasonably necessary to host, display, moderate, process, and operate that content as part of the service.

12. Moderation, Restrictions, and Enforcement

Lawlova may review, restrict, reject, remove, preserve, or investigate content or activity when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, the Review Guidelines, other Lawlova policies, applicable law, platform security, or the integrity of Lawlova. We may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

Lawlova may link to attorney websites, regulatory authorities, or other third-party services. KELLERAE COMPANY, LLC does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, services, availability, content, privacy practices, or transactions.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, Lawlova is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. KELLERAE COMPANY, LLC disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, KELLERAE COMPANY, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of Lawlova. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Changes to Lawlova or These Terms

We may modify Lawlova and may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date identifies the current published Terms. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
